These Are A Few Of My Favourite 'Spring' Things

I've been thinking about this post for awhile now. More and more things keep getting added. So here goes.

Favourite 'Spring'Things

-Spring Break
-working outside with Dad in the yard
-feeling the cool dirt in my bare hands
-having a fire
-roasting a 'dog' over a fire
-admiring tulips, crocus, hyacinths,hellebores
-planting a spring planter for the front step
-listening to the birds in the morning
-reading a good book(s) Lizzie Bright and the Buckminster Boy Beneath a Marble Sky
-Spring Break(did I mention that already)
-cleaning out closets and drawers
-washing windows
-going to a movie with Dad
-going OUT for supper with Dad
-laughing
-looking through my plant books
-walking through Port Kells Nursery for some interesting plants
-going for a walk by myself
-walking Commercial Drive in Vancouver( this is a must do....found 2 pairs of yellow rain boots Sarah!!!!! Rach and Sarah... a girls day for sure!!!!!
-baking, making granola
-no schedule to follow
-working on some photo albums
-knowing that all the kids are safe...Australia, Honduras, Ontario, Alberta
-talking with my kids via phone, email, pictures
-aware of being blessed
